Between 2017 through 2023 I ran my own small, regenerative farm in Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin. I grew produce, floral, created local beeswax candles, hosted seasonal workshops, educational days, designed for weddings and events, and more.

These were beautiful years filled with wonderful customers, mutual aid in my community, and endless opportunities to engage with local wildlife. I wanted to utilize all of my skills to continue my path in conservation, which led to the next few years building experiences and skills in this field, away from my fields.

I still grow on an acre on my new property in Stillwater, Minnesota where I am able to look at growing in a more holistic way, donating produce in my community and sliding scale events.
