Minnesota nursery & landscape association 

Managed educational programs and certification processes for MNLA and Minnesota conferences, facilitated industry networking groups, and served as staff liaison to key education and programming committees.

Owned and operated a small farm business, managing year-round production, CSA logistics, and customer engagement. Led marketing, event coordination, floristry, and educational workshops to connect community with sustainable agriculture.

the nature conservancy

Led implementation of a new grant-funded program advancing Minnesota’s regenerative agriculture and natural climate solutions strategies through engagement with farmers, ag-sector leaders, conservation groups, and public-private partners.

city of fife, Washington

Coordinated educational programming for the Organicology tradeshow, including speaker sourcing and event logistics. Developed and executed mail campaigns in collaboration with the sales team. Managed social media content by working closely with warehouse staff to accurately represent seasonal produce. Organized internal and external workshops, events, and meetings, including a large international bus tour highlighting leaders and innovators in regenerative agriculture.
